Helena, CA — Jane Garassino, Chuck Sawday and Philippa Ward,
Team members with Pacific Union Real Estate were recognized
as 3rd top producing team in the nation with GMAC Real Estate.
They were honored during an awards ceremony at the GMAC
Real Estate business conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, February 2 – 5, 2003.
Garassino,
Sawday and Ward captured top honors in both Gross Commission
Income and Total Closed Units. In addition, the team was
one of a select group of sales professionals to be named
to the organization’s Top 100 Team for outstanding real
estate sales performance in 2002.

Garassino and Chuck Sawday have been presented with numerous
awards locally including being individually ranked in the
Top 5 for Total Volume Sold by real estate sales professionals
in Napa County by the Bay Area Real Estate Information Service.
